Butcher - Belgium (Harelbeke)

Job description:

• Precise separation of meat from bones in accordance with quality and sanitary requirements
• Cutting pork into pieces in accordance with orders and company standards
• Removing unnecessary elements such as fat, tendons, membranes and bones
• Quality control of meat during cutting - assessing freshness and eliminating possible defects
• Handling tools and meat cutting machines, cleaning and maintaining them
• Minimum 10 hours of work per day
• Start of work: from 2:00 am

Required knowledge and skills:

• Experience as a butcher or cutter
• Ability to work with pork
• Accommodation 12.5 km from the workplace, driver's license is desirable
