Job description:

Seasonal work from December 9 to April 8
Guest service: Welcoming guests at the reception desk, providing information about hotel services and tourist attractions in the area.
Reservations: Managing the room reservation process, accepting phone and online reservations and entering them into the system.
Accommodation: Check-in and check-out of guests, document verification and room preparation before arrival.
Settlements: Cash and card payments, issuing invoices and settling guest accounts.
Administrative support: Maintenance of documentation related to guest service, assistance in organizing events and special hotel offers.
Communication: Maintaining contact with other hotel departments (eg housekeeping, catering) to ensure high quality service.
Problem Solving: Responding quickly to guests' questions and complaints, offering solutions in crisis situations.
