Job description:

Precise separation of meat from bones in accordance with quality and sanitary requirements
Cutting pork into pieces in accordance with orders and company standards
Removing unnecessary elements such as fat, tendons, membranes and bones
Quality control of meat during cutting - assessing freshness and eliminating possible defects
Handling tools and meat cutting machines, cleaning and maintaining them
Minimum 10 hours of work per day
Start of work: from 2:00 am

What we offer:

Salary: Starting salary €17.11/hour, possibility of rapid increase after positive evaluation
Night bonus: +30% on night salary

Reimbursement of travel expenses to Belgium up to €150 after 6 weeks of work

Required knowledge and skills:

Experience as a butcher or cutter
Ability to work with pork
Accommodation 12.5 km from the workplace, driver's license is desirable
