Main duties include:

Contributing to the development of a seasonal and recognizable menu
Leading, coaching, and motivating a young kitchen team of 6 members
Ensuring correct presentation and timing of dishes (approx. 200 lunch and 100 dinner covers)
Managing inventory, including receiving goods, calculating usage, and placing orders
Ensuring safety and hygiene compliance (Arbo & HACCP standards)
Overseeing banqueting operations with 300+ guests per day
