Job description:

Perform basic maintenance tasks on production lines (flowpack and multipack machines from Bosch, Fuji, Cavanna).
Diagnose and resolve minor technical issues involving mechanics, pneumatics and electrical systems and report major failures to the technical team.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machines (replacement of electric motors, pneumatic valves, gears, photocells and sensors).
Support in setting up and adjusting machines according to production requirements.
Adhere to health and safety standards during maintenance work.
Collaborate with the team to identify and report recurring technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs and performance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing production efficiency and reducing equipment failures.

What we offer:

Salary: from €18 gross/hour depending on experience
Accommodation: furnished single rooms, utilities and internet included (€100/week)
Travel expenses to Belgium (up to €125 after 4 weeks of work)

Job description:

Repair and maintain production machines
Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical devices (cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, tightening, etc.)
Determine preventive or corrective interventions depending on the nature of the job (start-up, production change, etc.) or maintenance history
Replace or repair damaged mechanical parts and components, test and adjust (gears, bearings, transmissions, etc.)
Weld mechanical parts and components (arc welding, soldering, etc.)

What we offer:

Attractive salary in line with current Belgian standards in the electricity sector, from €15.79 to €20.00 gross/hour.
Overtime possible, paid 150%.
Food vouchers worth 8 euros for each day worked from the moment you start working permanently

Diagnostics and Repair: Analyse and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, PLC and other automated systems.
Optimization: Improve the efficiency and reliability of production facilities.
Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
Repairs and Replacement: Identify, repair or replace damaged systems and components (e.g. sensors, motors).
Collaboration: Work with a team of technicians on new installations, processes and car models.
Work schedule:

- Early/Late Shifts: 5:15 AM – 1:30 PM and 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 5:15 AM
What we offer:

Starting gross salary: €24.59 per hour.
Monthly net salary: approximately EUR 2,600 for early/late shifts and EUR 2,900 for night shifts
Shift bonuses:

- +11% for early/late shifts.
- +26% for night shifts

Meal vouchers worth EUR 6 per day
Contract with direct employer – first for one year, second for an indefinite period
