Chef de Partie (Spanish/Italian) – Netherlands (Rijsbergen)

Job Description
We are hiring a Chef de Partie (Spanish/Italian) for a stylish and welcoming venue offering Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with Spanish, Italian, and Greek influences. The restaurant also caters to group events and private occasions, providing a unique culinary experience in a warm setting.
Main duties include:

• Working independently on your own partie
• Preparing dishes following restaurant recipes and guidelines
• Supporting the introduction of sushi dishes to the menu
• Ensuring HACCP compliance

What We Offer

• Monthly salary: €2,906.73 gross (including holiday pay and vacation days)
• Weekly wage payments (including vacation days and savings)
• Accommodation: 20 minutes from the workplace (€120 per week)
• Participation in the tip-sharing system (~€1.00/hour)

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDP (Chef de Partie)
• Sushi preparation experience preferred
• English at minimum B2 level
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
• Guest focus with high standards of quality and service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Long-term availability (9+ months)
