CNC Milling Operator – Aerospace Industry – Belgium (Zaventem)

Job Description
We are hiring an experienced CNC Milling Operator for the aerospace industry in Zaventem, Belgium.
Main duties include:

• Setting up and changing milling tools according to machine documentation and specifications
• Loading CNC programs or transferring them via DNC
• Correcting programs in cooperation with the foreman or technology department
• Inspecting manufactured parts and applying tool compensation
• Deburring, chamfering, and quality control using measuring instruments
• Assembling and disassembling cutting tools
• Accurate positioning of parts on the machine
• Working in a 3-shift system:
  • Morning: 06:00–14:00
  • Afternoon: 14:00–22:00
  • Night: 22:00–06:00

• Salary: €19.10 gross/hour + shift bonuses:
  • €1.84/hour (morning & afternoon)
  • €4.76/hour (night shift)

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in CNC machining (milling, 5-axis machines)
• Knowledge of CNC programs (Siemens 840D)
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring techniques
• Good command of one of the following languages: English, French, or Dutch
