Injection Moulding Machine Operator – Automotive Industry - Belgium (Diepenbeek)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Operator to join a company producing plastic and electronic components for the automotive industry.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating plastic injection moulding machines in a production environment
• Ensuring execution of the planned production schedule in cooperation with the shift leader
• Performing mould changes and material color changes
• Diagnosing and repairing technical issues on machines, robots, and peripheral equipment
  (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)
• Carrying out preventive maintenance and repairs
• Supporting process optimization and TPM activities
• Maintaining technical documentation and shift reports
• Ensuring proper communication between shifts

What We Offer

• Salary: from €20 gross/hour (depending on experience)
• Accommodation: single rooms, fully furnished (weekly cost: €100, including utilities and internet)
• Travel reimbursement to Belgium: €125 after 4 weeks of work
• End-of-year bonus – 8.33% of gross annual salary

​Requirements & Skills

• Technical education (electromechanics or similar) or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of injection moulding machines and industrial robots
• Basic knowledge of PLC, mechanics, electricity, electronics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience in conventional machining (turning, milling, grinding) is an advantage
• English – communicative level
