Maintenance Technician – Belgium (Bruges)

Job Description
We are hiring experienced Maintenance and Service Technicians for production companies in the Bruges region.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a key member of the team responsible for ensuring the correct operation of machines, tools, and production installations, handling both mechanical and electrical aspects.
Main duties include:

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults in production equipment
• Performing maintenance, inspections, and ongoing repairs of machines and installations
• Collaborating with the team to optimize production processes and reduce downtime
• Implementing technical improvements based on experience and observations
• Maintaining technical documentation on repairs and inspections
• Assisting in the installation of new equipment and modernization of existing systems
• Ensuring compliance with safety and occupational health standards
  
  

What We Offer

• Salary: from €18 gross/hour (depending on experience)
• Furnished accommodation: single rooms, utilities and internet included (€100/week)
• Travel reimbursement to Belgium: €125 after 4 weeks of work
• Year-end bonus: 8.33% of annual gross salary

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience as a maintenance or machine service technician
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Willingness for professional development and long-term cooperation
• Good knowledge of English
