Modular Houses Project – Netherlands (Multiple Locations)

Job Description

• Working on a large-scale modular housing project across the Netherlands
• Installing walls, cladding, and prefabricated building elements
• Painting and finishing works
• Basic carpentry tasks
• Small electrical and plumbing support tasks (depending on role)
• Assisting with assembly of modular house units on-site
• Maintenance of fixtures, tools, and equipment
• Following safety regulations and construction standards
• Working in an international team in a dynamic construction environment

Available Positions & Locations

• 6 Electrician Helpers – €520/week – Montfort / Eemshaven
• 2 Plumber Helpers – €560/week – Montfort
• 1 Concrete Worker (Polishing) – €520/week – Montfort
• 3 Assembly Workers (All-round) – €520/week – Eemshaven
• Helper / Cleaner – €520/week – Terneuzen
• 10 Handymen with Carpentry Experience – €550/week – Oirschot

💰 Salary: Net per week (after all deductions, including health insurance and travel).
Note: Salary adjustments may apply from January.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience on a construction site or in a multi-skilled handyman role
• Ability to communicate in English or Dutch
• Driving licence required (own car is a strong advantage and increases chances)
• Practical mindset, flexibility, and willingness to learn
• Motivation to work long-term in the Netherlands
