PLUS – Warehouse Employee - Netherlands (Oss)

Job Description
As a versatile warehouse employee, you rotate through several departments:

• Inbound: Receiving goods from truck drivers. Not physically demanding.
• CPS (Continuous Packing System): Voice picking and EPT operation. Physically light or heavy depending on product type.
• DPS (Direct Picking System): Pick-to-light system. Requires efficiency under time pressure. Department located at height — no fear of heights.
• Outbound: Organizing trolleys and dollies for pick-up. Sometimes physically demanding (alcohol, cigarettes).
• Emballage: Sorting and recycling empty packaging materials (bottles, crates, cans). Physically demanding depending on materials.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Good English communication skills
• Experience in logistics is an advantage
• Flexibility to rotate between departments
