CNC Operator (Turning / Milling – Large Components) – Netherlands (Boxtel)

Job description:
We are looking for experienced CNC operators (turning and milling) to work on the production of large cylinders and pistons used in high-pressure hydraulic systems. The work is performed on modern 3- and 5-axis CNC machines with Heidenhain or Mazatrol controls.
Your tasks include:

• Loading and positioning large components on CNC machines
• Operating 3- and 5-axis CNC milling and turning machines
• Producing cylinders and pistons for hydraulic systems
• Working with Heidenhain or Mazatrol control systems
• Making minor program adjustments directly on the machine
• Performing quality control of produced components
• Working according to technical drawings and documentation
• Ensuring smooth production processes

Requirements & skills:

• Experience as a CNC operator (turning or milling)
• Knowledge of Heidenhain or Mazatrol controls
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience with large components is a strong advantage
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Communicative English
• Reliable and motivated candidate
