Grinder / Polisher (Stainless Steel Finishing) – Netherlands (Heeg)

Job description:
We are looking for experienced grinders/polishers to work on high-quality stainless steel elements used in luxury yachts worldwide. The role includes grinding, polishing, and finishing stainless steel components with strong attention to detail and surface quality.
Your tasks include:

• Grinding, polishing, and finishing stainless steel elements
• Preparing parts for assembly
• Ensuring high-quality and aesthetic surface finishing
• Recording completed work and maintaining production standards

Requirements & skills:

• Experience in grinding, polishing, or metal finishing
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to read technical drawings (preferred)
• VCA certificate is an advantage
• Communicative English, German, or Dutch
• Driving license B (preferred)
• Reliable and motivated candidate
