Iron Worker – Ship Construction – Netherlands (Hardinxveld-Giessendam)

Job Description
We are looking for experienced Iron Workers for ship construction projects in Hardinxveld-Giessendam, Netherlands.
Main duties include:

• Outfitting, grinding, plasma cutting, burning, assembly, and welding/tack welding (CO₂/electrode)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Working with standard ironworker tools on shipbuilding structures

• Salary: €14 net/hour (Dutch contract) or €16.5–17 net/hour (all-in)
• 40-hour work week

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience in outfitting (mandatory)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Valid Dutch/Belgian VCA or German SCC DOK 18 (required before start)
• Communicative level of English (must speak and understand without translation)
• Valid driving licence
